Customer and prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Cashela Inc. and/or by any third parties with whom Cashela Inc. has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Cashela Inc. via e-mail, which can be found under “Contact Customer Support” Tab within Cashela’s website. After processing the cancellation, Cashela Inc. will delete customer or prospective customer's personal information from its data base.

Upon customer's request, Cashela Inc. will provide a reasonable description of customer's personally identifiable information that Cashela Inc. maintains in its data bank. 2. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information.Help Cashela Inc. to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer's personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that Cashela Inc. has on file, please promptly e-mail Cashela Inc, which can be found under “Contact Customer Support” Tab within Cashela’s website and provide the new or correct information.

's services, customer's action is hereby deemed acceptance of Cashela Inc. practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between customer and Cashela Inc. is subject to the provisions of this notice and to Cashela Inc.
